Games [Written 11/19/09]
sometimes when I’m walking the wind blows
and that’s ok, it’s a game we play
I run to chase the leaves it throws
I try to outbeat, the newspapers at my feet
It hugs and tugs me all around
It blows a strong gust, sprinkling my cheeks with dust
So I pull my scarf up, and pull my hood down
But once again, here comes a headwind
It snatches my scarf and yanks my hood away
with once glance at my hair, we have the best player
and that’s ok, it’s just a game we play
